Privacy Policy

BR Janitorial Solutions LLC ("BRJ," "we," "us") is a commercial cleaning and janitorial company serving the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through brjanitorial.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We serve our clients in English and Spanish; if you would like this policy explained in Spanish, contact us and we will be glad to help. / Si desea esta política explicada en español, contáctenos con gusto.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our walkthrough request form we collect the information you choose to provide: company or facility name, email address, phone number, city, details about your facility, and your availability. Providing this information is voluntary.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- What we do not collect. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels, and it does not show ads. We do not collect payment information through this site. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule the facility walkthrough.
- To prepare and deliver a written service scope and to provide our services.
- To communicate with you about your request or account by phone, email, or text message, as described in the consent you give on the form.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number, you agree that BRJ may contact you by phone call or text message about your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and of calls by telling us or emailing us.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Google Workspace — our business email, where form submissions are received and stored.
- An email delivery provider used to relay form submissions to our inbox.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BRJ or others. If BRJ is ever part of a merger or sale of the business, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Embedded content
Some videos on our site are embedded from Google Drive. When you view those sections, Google may collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our site also links to our LinkedIn page; LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies there.
How long we keep information
We keep the information from your request for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records — and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to received information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with measures appropriate to our size and the nature of the data.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to vicky@brjanitorial.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, state law (including, from January 1, 2027, the Oklahoma Consumer Data Privacy Act) may give you additional rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of whether a specific law requires it.
Children
Our services and website are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes that affect how we use information already collected will be communicated to affected contacts when feasible.
